What do we do?
The Memory Clinic provides an opportunity to discuss with a health professional concerns
regarding memory changes in relation to your general health. A full assessment usually
includes x-rays, blood tests and some pen and paper tests. You generally need to attend two
outpatient appointments to complete the assessment. At the completion of the visits the
Specialist doctor will provide advise and treatment options for your consideration.
Early diagnosis of any memory difficulties is essential to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for you.

You will need to bring a letter of referral from your local doctor at the time of your first appointment.

The Clinic is situated in the Bernard Curran Rehabilitation Unit on the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital campus. Enter from
Gate 6, Derby Road when attending the appointment.
What are our hours?
The reception for the Memory Clinic is open between 8.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
