The dementia services provided by the Rehabilitation and Aged Care Service, include a memory clinic, research program and respite care services.

Who are we?

We are the Dementia Services Team, part of the Rehabilitation & Aged Care Service at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Health Service.

What do we do?

• The Memory Clinic, an out patient service conducted at the hospital



• Research Team



• The Richard Geeves Respite Centre offers the following programs:
  • The Day Centre respite program
  • The Time Off Program (TOP’s) respite in the home
  • Carers support group and education program

Where you can find us

The Memory Clinic and Research Team are based on the campus of the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.

The Richard Geeeves Respite Centre is located at 8 Murrua Road, North Turramurra.
