Carers can access information in the Northern Sydney region hospitals on the Carer notice boards and in our Carer Information Folders available on the hospital wards.

Advance Care Directive is a `living will' for your future health choices at a time when you may no longer be able to communicate your wishes to your health practitioners.
Your Future Starts Now A Guide for the Over 50s. Published by the Benelovent Society this resource contains important information about what you can do to make sure your wishes will be carried out, eg. Wills, Powers of attorney, Enduring guardianship and Advance care directives.
