Advance Care Directive
is a `living will' for your future health choices at a time when you may no longer be able to communicate your wishes to your health practitioners.

Your Future Starts Now
A Guide for the Over 50s. Published by the Benelovent Society this resource contains important information about what you can do to make sure your wishes will be carried out, eg. Wills, Powers of attorney, Enduring guardianship and Advance care directives.

This brochure provides information for people who have experienced delirium and for their Carer and family.

How to Make a Complaint
If you are a carer you may be involved with a range of people, services and organizations that assist you with the responsibilities of caring. Sometimes problems can arise about which you wish to complain. When something is unfair, or you believe you or the person you are caring for has been treated unreasonably, you have a right to speak out and have the problem rectified.

Palliative Care
